Yesterday I went to a cocktail party to meet my girls in midtown. It was 91 degrees in NYC, and extra muggy. This definitely called for a pair of good shorts and a tank top. I was feeling the safari heat, and decided to rep for my favorite animal… THE ZEBRA!

The top is a great, breathable cotton-blend. Purchased at a street-fair in Soho. You never know what you might find at those things! :)

For a sophisticated edge, I added these ultra-chic clear frames that were also purchased on the streets of SOHO.

The woolen shorts are from none-other than Urban Outfitters. The beauty about these shorts is they can be worn in ANY temperature. Slip on some nylons underneath, and some thigh-high boots for a chic look in the winter!
