Yesterday, I was invited to the luxurious HOTEL GRIFFOU by my good friend LEGENDARY DAMON. It was a beautiful ambiance– very OLD Europe. We enjoyed cocktails, fancy snacks, and great music. Retro 80′s pop to be exact! My look was inspired by Marilyn Monroe and the other fiesty vamps from the 50′s and 60′s… A sexy yet refined look– simple accessories, rich makeup….

The dress is a rouched halter-dress picked up from Forever 21 a few years ago. It’s a fun summer dress, I like the modest hemline– very 60′s. The color is ideal for my skintone too!The neck-scarf added the subtle touch of sophistication I was looking for. Tres chic!

There’s a time to accessorize dramatically, and a time to scale back. With this refined look, it was better to scale back. I kept the accessories simple– and topped off the look with black, leather gladiator wedges.
