CCW Submission: We Remember Alexander McQueen.

At the brink of New York Fashion Week, shock waves were sent throughout the industry when news broke of Alexander McQueen’s death.Alexander McQueen is one of my favorite designers. His brilliance was out of this world with outstanding collections back to back. Not only did he grasp you with his collection, but Alexander McQueen made sure he caught your attention with his eclectic fashion shows. His extraordinary vision and out of the box creativity will deeply be missed. There will be a true void in the fashion industry. After the huge success of his Spring 2010 collection, I was anxiously waiting the debut of his Fall 2010 collection. I’m eager to see how the McQueen legacy will continue after his death. Here’s a look at some favorite McQueen moments:

That’s sad, I heard he was genius. It’s amazing I didn’t know him by name until his death, and now I realize his style was all around me.

Yeah, I was always so intrigued by him. Some of his stuff was so beautiful, it was scary. His talent can never be duplicated. It’s super-sad. :(
