Our lucky #13 is my favorite gal (and soon to be yours too) Miss PEBBLES VAN PEEBLES! When I first met Pebbles I was taken-in by her infectious smile and awesome attitude. I knew this girl was going places! Permanent night-life scenester, and vintage-queen– Pebbles is sure to be a household name! Check her out in her own words:
