Coming in STRONG at #16 is Patrick ‘SPAG-LO’ Joseph, owner of  “THE WAGON” Boutique in the VERY chic Brooklyn neighborhood of Crown Heights. Born & raised in Brooklyn, Spag-Lo is a bonafide Ralph Lauren POLO connosieur and Street Fashion fanatic. He teamed up with Felisha Noel, Julius Benn to launch THE WAGON boutique– their slogan being: “the home of classic apparel”. And it’s oh-so true! Their fashions are rare, well-crafted, highly coveted pieces that would make even the most fashion-forward person do a triple-take. Check out Spag in his own words:
