Last Friday, I had the extreme pleasure of being invited to a private gallery showing from one of the cast-members of new reality show “Model City”. I would like to thank the lovely Nicole (on the right with the blue sweater) for sending me the exclusive invite. There was lovely art, an interesting/diverse crowd– and of course cocktails provided by none-other than GREY GOOSE. Check out the evening in pictures:

The art was gorgeous! Expressive, detailed, intricate and sometimes dark. The 3 featured artists truly out-did themselves…

We got a chance to speak with the artists and talk about their inspirations. They are inspired by everything around them– and everything around them literally becomes art… What a charmed life!

The artist above attended the esteemed PRATT Arts School, and now he paints and designs exclusively for COOGI.

This artist is pictured with his mother and sister– he is part of the up-coming “Model City” show, and camera crews were in the house following him around, and getting some footage of us– the voyeurs!

All-in-all we had a beautiful time. I wish we could have stayed longer, but we had to run to the Bobby Brown concert. Regrettably, we missed the live painting that took place, but I’m sure it was as amazing as the pieces we saw! I want to give a BIG CCW shout-out once again to the lovely Nicole, and her PR group: The KINETIX INTEGRATED GROUP!
