Chris Brown is on his PR tour to salvage his image, and the first step was to issue a public apology to Rihanna and his fans, for letting them down. A lot of people criticized this statement saying it wasn’t enough– but I think he said everything we were all thinking, and I can’t really see what else he could have said. He said he was wrong, takes full responsibility (despite Rihanna’s alleged role in the incident), and says his actions were unexcusable. All true. What more do you want? Blood? LMAO.
