The Woman Makes the Clothes…
…But the clothes don’t make the woman! Ms. Gaga has taken the pop-world by storm with her infectious lyrics, laid-back attitude and super-outrageous style. Although sometimes forced, and other times just plain hideous, I applaud her for taking risks. Fashion isn’t fashion if it’s safe and predistable. Fashion isn’t fashion unless you’re causing a controversy (at least SOME of the time). Although one does not have to always show off all of their skin to get a rise out of people fashion-wise– it seems like that’s Gaga’s mainstay. I’m not mad, she’s got the body for it… No? Anyway, Vogue Italia sat down with Ms. G as she shared some of the sketches and ideas she uses for her over-the-top stage/press outfits. Check it out after the jump!
